Cabin Baggage
Air Algerie allows one free cabin bag of 10 Kg maximum weight (5 Kg for ATR aircrafts).
Checked Baggage
A baggage allowance is offered on all our flights depending on your service class and itinerary. The allowed franchise is indicated on your ticket.
Allowance and Excess Bag
If your baggage exceeds the permitted allowance indicated on your ticket, additional fees should apply for extra pieces depending on your travel itinerary.
Prohibited Items
In compliance with the regulation in force related to dangerous goods carriage, Air Algerie is required to respect the prohibition of these items on board and inform its passengers.
Wheelchairs and Rehabilitation Devices
Passengers with reduced mobility can carry a wheelchair and / or other rehabilitation equipment which they depend on for free.
Lost and Damaged Baggage
Air Algérie apologizes to its customers for any lost or damaged baggage.
