Features of the seats concerned
Preferred seat: First row of the economy cabin, offering extra space.
Emergency exit row seat: Middle/rear cabin with extra space.
Front cabin seat: From the 2nd to the 6th row of the economy cabin, for quicker disembarkation.
Service Terms and Conditions
- Seat selection cannot be changed once confirmed.
- The amount paid for this service is non-refundable.
- The service is personal and cannot be transferred to another passenger.
Eligibility for Emergency Exit Seats:
For safety reasons, seats located at emergency exits are not assigned to:
- Passengers with reduced mobility,
- Expectant mothers
- Children aged between two (2) and twelve (12) years,
- Adults travelling with infants under two (2) years of age,
- Unaccompanied minors travelling under the « Unaccompanied Minor » service,
- Passengers travelling with a pet in the cabin,
- Passengers belonging to a specific category for whom assignment to a seat located at an emergency exit is not permitted.

I want to select my seat, how can I book it?
Seat selection can be requested at Air Algérie agencies, on the website, or via the mobile app.
On the website, access the “Seat Selection” option from the Services page.
Once selected, the seat will be displayed with the label “Selected Seat”. If an “X” is displayed, the seat is not available.
Can I reserve a seat after my ticket has been issued?
Yes, seat selection is possible after the ticket has been issued, subject to availability.
This service is available on the website and mobile app via the “Manage My Booking” section, as well as at Air Algérie agencies.
