The solution to change your ticket in a few clicks

You bought your ticket online on our website or from the Mobile application but you have a last minute impediment or simply a change of program…

You don’t need to move to the agency. You can change your travel dates directly on the site or via the mobile application, depending on the availability.

How to access this service ?

From the “Manage My Booking” section, by filling in: the name of the passenger and the booking reference.

Once the confirmation page is displayed, access flight availability from the section: Manage booking > Modify flights.

How to use this service and which tickets are eligible ?

Ticket purchased online on the Air Algérie website or mobile applications,

Changing travel dates online can be done up to 24 hours after the flight date. When this time delay has elapsed, change will only be possible in Air Algérie agencies or via our Contact Center.
Tickets issued online with “multiple destinations”, are not eligible for this service.

What changes are possible?

What currency is accepted for change ?

1. Unused Ticket:

Travel date change is done in the same currency used at purchase time.

2. Partially used Ticket :

The change of travel dates is done in the same currency used at purchase time for unused coupons, except tickets issued in Algerian Dinar.

How can I check if my operation is validated ?

After changing the travel dates via the website or the mobile application, the new ticket with the modified dates is sent on the email address indicated in the booking file.

At any time, the customer can have their ticket re-sent from the “Manage My Booking” section, or send an request to the following addresses:
