Manage Your Miles

To fully benefit from the advantages and privileges granted to you, and to ensure your miles are correctly credited to your account, please provide your card number when making a reservation and present it at check-in.

If you forgot to provide your number, access your Air Algerie Plus account , then click on “My Activities” and “Claim Missing Miles” within 6 months from the date of your flight. To reclaim the missing miles, make sure to include the following information:

• Your electronic ticket number.
• The date and itinerary of the missing flight.
• The booking class.

Transfer your miles

You can now transfer miles to the account of your choice. Please send your request via email to [email protected] or through the Contact Center.
