I WISH TO BOOK ONLINE,HOW TO CHOOSE MY FLIGHT?
Two search options are available on our website:
Schedule: A flight list is displayed according to the selected dates. The lowest available fare is provided.
Price (date flexible): A selection of the lowest available fares within one week is displayed, including the selected date.
WHAT KIND OF FLIGHTS CAN I BOOK ON LINE?
We handle all your queries for the entire Air Algérie network (direct flights and / or connection flights) to:
Only one flight
· Arrival point of your first flight is the departure point of your return flight.
· the origin point of the return flight is different from the arrival of your departure flight and your travel include several segments, you can select up to six (06) flights on your booking.
FOR HOW MANY PASSENGERS CAN I BOOK ON LINE?
You can book up to 9 passengers (adults and children) on the same booking.
The number of babies/infants must be less than or equal to the number of adults per booking.
12 years and more
From 2 to 11 years
Must be accompanied at least by one adult
Less than 2 years
Each baby must be accompanied at least by one adult
All passengers whom do not meet online purchase conditions are invited to contact directly any Air Algerie agency.
HOW TO GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT FARE CONDITIONS?
Applicable fare conditions are displayed during booking steps and are sent by email once your booking is completed.
It is strongly recommended to read the tariff conditions of your ticket before purchasing.

WHAT MAKES FARE VARIATION ?
Sometimes two passengers book almost simultaneously and get two different fares. The given fare depends on available booking classes. There are many booking classes referring to different fares, for each one a limited number of seats is allocated. When the number of seats allocated for a fare is entirely booked, availablity at this time is in the higher fare.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES TO THE GIVEN FARE ONLINE?
The given fare online is the final one to be paid. It consists of:
- Fare excluding taxes
- Taxes and charges
Air Algérie does not charge any other fees to its passengers.

CAN I MAKE MY BOOKING ONLINE AND BUY MY TICKET IN AGENCY?
You can book on line and buy your ticket at any Air Algérie agency without additional fees.
*** Applicable on flights from Algeria and domestic flights only.
I CHOSE TO PAY AT AGENCY, CAN MY BOOKING BE CANCELLED?
Yes, your booking is maintained 48 hours. Payment reminders mails are sent to the mail adress provided during the booking process.Once the time limit elapses, the booking is cancelled and a cancellation email is automatically generated.ted.
I CHOSE TO PAY AT THE AGENCY, WILL THE FARE BE DIFFERENT THEN?
The fare displayed during the booking is not guaranteed especially when it is a promotional fare, the latter is submitted to last ticketing date.
We therefore recommend collecting your ticket the same day of booking. Contact our Call-Center for further information about the booked fare.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
Your booking confirmation, your ticket and fare conditions related to the paid ticket are sent to the mail address given during the booking process.
I didn’t receive my confirmation, what should I do?
check your email SPAM folder. the confirmation mail could be there.
in case of doubts or if online payment has been proceeded , contact us by mail.

I BOUGHT MY TICKET AND WANT TO CHANGE MY BOOKING?
Only some bookings are eligible for changes if permitted by fare conditions.
Changes are possible at any AIR ALGÉRIE agency. It is also possible to change full-fare tickets (not subject to any restriction) by calling our Call-Center.
WHAT IS A "PROMOTIONAL CODE" AND HOW TO USE IT?
The offer code should be introduced in the appropriate box before validating the fare/flight research process, in order to have discounts on tickets bought online. Promotional codes are subject to sales time limit.
These codes are provided occasionaly on our web site or send by email to our customers : book on our website or subscribe to our newsletter to recive our offers.
I LOST MY TICKET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All information related to the passenger and his travel are recorded on Air Algerie data base. Electronic tickets cannot be lost. Contact any Air Algerie agency to reprint your ticket without additional fees, or print your ticket from our web site in "Manage my booking" section.
CAN I REFUND MY TICKET PURCHASED ON LINE ?
Your ticket could be refunded depending on related fare conditions.
How can I request a refund of my ticket?
The refund of your ticket depends on the payment method used.

Can I receive a refund on a different account from the one that was used for payment?
The refund is done only on the account of the card used for payment.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM TIME TO REFUND MY TICKET PURCHASED VIA INTERNET?
Refund is made on the bank account of the card used for payment, within a maximum period of 6 months.
What type of card can I use to purchase a ticket online?
You can buy your ticket with international credit cards or using the Algerian interbank payment card (CIB).

Yes all currencies are accepted ie EUR, USD, CAD, GBP, CHF ...
How can I use my ALGERIAN CIB CARD to buy online?
Check with your bank if your card includes E-payment service and that you have the e-commerce password for online purchase.
Can I use my card to pay for tickets online for a third person ?
Yes, it is possible to make an online payment to a third person, However, make sure to provide correct information ( name ,passport, flight details )
I CAN'T PAY MY TICKET ONLINE, AN ERROR MESSAGE IS displayed ?
The error may be caused by different reasons (capped card, insufficient funds, ineligible card to online shopping ...), you can always contact us and send the error using our contact form.
MANAGE MY BOOKING
CAN I VIEW MY ONLINE BOOKING DETAILS ?
You can view your booking details on the web site in "Manage my booking" section, by providing your passenger name and booking reference. you can also print your booking and your ticket details.
I WISH TO ADD OR MODIFY REQUESTS OR SERVICES RELATED TO MY BOOKING (SEAT, MEALS ) ?
You can manage your booking either to :
- Choose your favorite seat,
- Request a special meal,
- Report a special needs, ( Wheelchair, hearing and visually impaired passenger ),
- Introduce your contact details and your travel data (passport number, frequent flyer card number),
- Print your ticket,
- Upgrade your ticket.
For operating reasons, your selection can be modified.
