Return Arrival point of your first flight is the departure point of your return flight.

WHAT MAKES FARE VARIATION ?

Sometimes two passengers book almost simultaneously and get two different fares. The given fare depends on available booking classes. There are many booking classes referring to different fares, for each one a limited number of seats is allocated. When the number of seats allocated for a fare is entirely booked, availablity at this time is in the higher fare.

The fare displayed during the booking is not guaranteed especially when it is a promotional fare, the latter is submitted to last ticketing date.

WHAT IS A “PROMOTIONAL CODE” AND HOW TO USE IT?

Can online check-in replace airport check-in?

Online check-in does not replace airport check-in. However, It allows for a significant reduction in the time required for check-in procedures.

Each passenger must collect the boarding pass at the check-in stations designated for the flight.

Enrollment and Membership

How can I join the Air Algérie Plus Program?
Enrollment is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Go to airalgerie.dz – Air Algérie Plus – Become a Member and complete the online form.

How can I request an Air Algérie Plus card?
The digital card is sufficient to enjoy all benefits. You may print it from the website by logging in with your card number (without “AH” or spaces) and your password, then clicking on the card image.

How can I join the Family Program and become the Family Head?
Send the following information to [email protected]: full name, date of birth of minors, unique email addresses (not shared), family relationship, and the Family Head’s card number. Members aged 2 to 17 will receive a Fly.In card.

Each member must provide their card number for every trip (both at ticket purchase and at airport check-in).

When a Fly.In child turns 18, they must have their own email address. If not, the Family Head must send an email to [email protected] so that the child’s password is transmitted to the Family Head’s email address in order to monitor the child’s activity.

After several unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be blocked. Send a reset request to [email protected] with a copy of your ID.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
Go to airalgerie.dz – Air Algérie Plus – Log in -Request a new password and follow the instructions.

How can I check my Miles balance?
Log in to airalgerie.dz as an Air Algérie Plus member. Your balance is displayed on the main page of your account.

The email address you provide must be correct, unique, and not shared, in order to receive Air Algérie Plus communications and avoid technical issues.

Miles and Validity

What are Award Miles?
Award Miles are Miles earned from flights with Air Algérie. They appear in the “Your Balance” section.

They may also be earned through some eligible partners, depending on the specific conditions of each partnership. Accrual is not guaranteed with all partners.

They can be redeemed for benefits such as: Award Tickets, Upgrade Awards, or Excess Baggage Awards.

What are Qualifying Miles?
Qualifying Miles are earned from flights operated in the past 24 months. They determine access to and retention of higher status levels.

How long are Miles valid?

  • Award Miles expire on December 31 of the 3rd year following the flight date.
    Example: Miles earned on February 2, 2024, expire on December 31, 2027.
  • Qualifying Miles are valid for 2 calendar years from the date of the flight.

Miles will not be credited if the ticket and account details do not exactly match.
Example: a ticket issued under a married name and an account under a maiden name → no credit.

Miles Credit

When and how are my Miles credited?
Miles are automatically credited after each eligible flight or activity, provided that:

– Your Air Algérie Plus card number was correctly entered during booking and check-in.

– Your first and last name exactly match the information registered on your Air Algérie Plus card (including spelling, accents, and name order).

Even minor inconsistencies (e.g., reversed letters, missing accents, maiden vs married name, etc.) may prevent Miles from being credited, without the airline being held liable.

What should I do if my Miles are not credited?
Please check your online account after each flight or eligible activity to ensure that your Miles have been credited.
If you notice an anomaly or missing credit, submit a retroactive Miles claim, in accordance with Article 4.4 of the Programme Regulations.

How can I submit a Miles claim?
Log in to your member area, then go to: “My Activities” > “Claim Missing Miles”.
Ensure that you respect the deadlines and provide all necessary details (flight number, booking class – e.g. F, C, Y, S, H, L, M, N, etc.) to enable efficient processing

Inactive and Cancelled Accounts

What is an inactive account?
An account is declared inactive when no eligible activity is recorded for 3 consecutive years. The member still has access to their account. The account becomes active again once a flight or eligible activity is credited. (See Art 3.6).

What is a cancelled account?
An account is declared cancelled when no eligible activity is recorded for 10 consecutive years. The member loses access to their account but may request reactivation with an eligible ticket less than 6 months old. (See Art 3.6).

At airport check-in, inactive or cancelled accounts are not recognized. The member must request reactivation beforehand.

Duplicate and Merged Accounts

What happens in the case of duplicate accounts?
If a member creates multiple accounts by mistake, Air Algérie reserves the right to merge the accounts and keep only one active.

The Miles accrued will be consolidated into the single retained account.

Awards and Redemptions

How can I redeem my accumulated Miles?
You can redeem your Miles for:

  • an Award Ticket,
  • an Upgrade Award,
  • an Excess Baggage Award (23 kg or 1–9 kg).

How can I request an Excess Baggage Award?
Send an email to [email protected] with your card number, ticket number, flight details, and baggage weight. The request must be submitted at least 3 business days before departure.

How can I request an Upgrade Award?
Go to the nearest Air Algérie agency. The upgrade is valid for a one-way ticket purchased at full fare. Taxes are borne by the passenger.

How can I request an Award Ticket?
Redeem your Miles online or at an Air Algérie agency. To cancel or modify, contact an agency or send a request via our complaints platform (if purchased online).

How can I transfer Miles to another person?
Send an email to [email protected] with the account numbers and the transfer amount. Annual limits depend on the card level see Miles Transfer page.

Can I give my award to someone else?
Only Award Tickets may be issued in the name of a third party.

Can I benefit from two awards on the same flight?
No, awards are strictly non-cumulative.

Status and Renewal

How can I reach a higher status?
By accumulating a certain number of Qualifying Miles or qualifying segments. The upgrade is automatic. See Benefits by Level.

How can I maintain a status?

  • Chélia status: 15,000 Qualifying Miles or 10 segments.
  • Tahat status: 30,000 Qualifying Miles or 26 segments. See Status Conditions.

Family Program (Fly.In)

How can I join the Family Program?
Send your information to [email protected]: names, dates of birth of minors, unique email addresses, family relationship, Family Head’s card number.

How are Miles accrued in the Family Program?

  • Over 18: Miles are credited to their own account.
  • Under 18: 50% of Miles flown.
  • Family Head: bonus for each flight taken by linked members. See Family Program / Fly.In.

I am the Family Head and want to access a minor’s Miles account. What should I do?
Send an email to [email protected] to update the child’s email and receive the password.

If the minor’s email is missing or invalid, it is recommended to create one. Otherwise, the Family Head must send an email to [email protected] so the child’s password can be transmitted to their email to monitor the child’s activity.

Security and Fraud

What happens in case of fraud?
Air Algérie reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, cancel fraudulently obtained Miles, and refuse any new enrollment in the Program.
