Return Arrival point of your first flight is the departure point of your return flight.

WHAT MAKES FARE VARIATION ?

Sometimes two passengers book almost simultaneously and get two different fares. The given fare depends on available booking classes. There are many booking classes referring to different fares, for each one a limited number of seats is allocated. When the number of seats allocated for a fare is entirely booked, availablity at this time is in the higher fare.

Enrollment in the Air Algerie Plus Program

How to join the Air Algerie Plus program?

Enrollment is open to persons aged 18 years and over. Visit airalgerie.dz, click on “Air Algérie Plus,” then “Become a member,” and complete the online form.

How to request an Air Algerie Plus card?

The digital card is sufficient to benefit from the program advantages. You can print your loyalty card from airalgerie.dz Log in with your card number (excluding “AH” and spaces) and your password, then click on the card image to print it.

How to join the family program and become the responsible party?

Send the following information to [email protected]: Name, surname, date of birth of minors, email addresses (which must be unique and cannot be shared between members), relationship to the head of the family, and the head of the family’s card number. Members aged between 2 and 17 will receive a Fly.In card number. Adult members can be added via the “Relations” section of your account.

I can’t access my account even though my password is correct. What should I do?

If you have tried to log in multiple times without success, your account may be locked. Send a password reset request by email to [email protected] along with a copy of your ID.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to Air Algérie Plus section on Air Algérie website , click on “Log in” then “Request a new password.” Follow instructions to receive a new password via email.

How can I check my miles balance on my account?

Log in to airalgerie.dz as an Air Algérie Plus member. Your miles balance will appear on the main page of your account.

Miles and Rewards

What are reward miles?

Reward miles allow you to redeem rewards such as excess baggage, upgrades, or free tickets. They appear in section “Your Balance” of your account.

What are qualifying miles?

Qualifying miles are accumulated from flights completed in the last 24 months. They are also found in section “Your Balance”.

What are expiring miles?

Miles expire on 31st December at the 3rd year after credited flight . For example, miles earned on 2 nd February 2024 will expire on 31st December 2027.

How long are reward miles valid?

Miles remain valid for 36 months from the date they are credited. passed this time, they expire.

Rewards and Exchanges

How can I use the miles I have accumulated?

You can exchange your miles for a free ticket, an upgrade, an additional 23kg piece of baggage, or an extra bag weight up to 9 kg.

How to redeem for excess baggage?

If you have enough miles, send an email to [email protected] with your card number, prefered flight (i.e Algiers-Paris), your ticket number, and the weight of your baggage.

How to redeem for an upgrade?

Visit the nearest Air Algérie agency if you have enough miles for an upgrade. The upgrade is valid for a one-way ticket purchased at full fare. Additional amount due to taxes should be payed by the the beneficiary.

How to redeem for a free ticket?

Choose and exchange your miles for a free ticket on airalgerie.dz or visit an Air Algérie agency. To modify or cancel a free ticket, contact an Air Algérie agency or send a cancellation request to [email protected] if purchased online.

How to transfer reward miles to another person?

Miles transfers are made between accounts. Send an email to [email protected] with the account numbers and amount to be transferred. Annual transfer limits vary by card level.

Can I transfer my reward to another person?

Only ticket rewards can be transferred to a third party and are issued in the name of the member or another person of their choice.

Can I use two rewards on the same flight?

No, you cannot combine two rewards, such as a free ticket with excess baggage, on the same flight.

Upgrading and Maintaining your level

How to upgrade to a higher tier?

To move to a higher tier, you must accumulate a certain number of qualifying miles or segments. Upgrading occurs automatically once the criteria are met.

How to maintain your tier?

To maintain the Chelia level, you must accumulate at least 15,000 qualifying miles or 10 qualifying segments before your card expires. For the Tahat level, you need 30,000 qualifying miles or 26 qualifying segments.

Family Program

How is miles accumulation handled in the family program?

Members over 18 accumulate miles in their own accounts. The family head receives a bonus for each flight taken by a family member. Members under 18 accumulate 50% of the miles traveled.

I am the family head and want to check a minor’s miles account. How can I do this?

To view details of a minor’s account, send an email to [email protected] to update the minor’s email address and receive their password.
