If you wish to file a claim relating to a delay, a cancellation of flight or a denied boarding, a behavior, services provided, ... .we invite you to send your claim to our email address service-clients@airalgerie.dz or by post to the address of AIR ALGERIE representation nearest to your place of residence .(See list)
The claim must contain the following information:
- Personal Information: Surname/First name, Address, Email, Phone number…
- Travel Information: Date of travel, Ticket Number, Flight Number, itinerary ,
- Supporting documents: Copy of the ticket, Boarding card, Invoices related to expenditures incurred,...

Baggage incident

If upon arrival at destination airport, you notice the absence of your baggage or its deterioration, you must immediately go to the Airport Baggage Complaints service to report the incident, before leaving the airport.
You will receive A document called a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), with a file number that you should keep.
In case of absence of a response to your request filed at the airport, AIR ALGERIE offers you the opportunity to relaunch your request by sending a written claim by post to the address of AIR ALGERIE representation nearest to your place of residence (See list).
The claim must contain the following information:
- Personal Information : Surname/First name, Address, Email, Phone number…
- Travel Information : Date of travel, Ticket Number, Flight Number, itinerary,
- Supporting documents : A copy of the Property Irregularity Report (PIR)
- A copy of your ticket and those of the people who made the travel at the same time as you if this were the case,
- Boarding card,
- Baggage identification tag,
- Excess baggage ticket in case of excess baggage.
Please make sure that your information related to surname, address, phone number, Email is correct. This information will help us to return your baggage as quickly as possible.
