HOW CAN I MAKE A CLAIM ?
- By sending you claim by letter to Air Algérie Office where you ticket has been purchased ,
- On the complaints registers available on air algerie offices,
- For frequent flyers program claims : by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to: +213 (0) 23 50 23 90. Visit the Air Algérie Plus section which contains all the updated information about the program,
- For any related issues (purchase, bookings, payments) by credit cards on www.airalgerie.dz web site : by email to: email@example.com,
- For any related issues (purchase, bookings, payments) by CIB card on www.airalgerie.dz web site : by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org,
- For any claim related to flight delay or cancellation by sending you claim by letter to the nearest Air Algérie Office to your place of residence
